How these are picked and priced

The short version: we read the vendor's own pricing page, write down the date, show you the page, and re-check every quarter. The build refuses to ship a price older than three months.

Who runs this, and what we sell

This site is operated by Re:InvestorHub, which builds software for real estate investors. That is a product in the category covered here, and it is a conflict of interest that no wording can remove.

Re:InvestorHub is listed here, and every page that shows it says we build it. It is held to the same rules as everything else: pricing read from its own public page and dated, a screenshot of that page, and a required "skip it if" that names the buyers it is wrong for. We do not rank it, because we do not rank anything. Read its entry with the conflict in mind. That is why we mark it rather than hide it.

How tools get selected

A tool is listed when it does one of the eight jobs we track and is generally available to an individual investor. We do not accept payment for inclusion, placement or ranking. Nothing here is affiliate-linked; outbound vendor links carry rel="nofollow".

How pricing is verified

Every price is read from the vendor's own public pricing page and recorded with the date it was read and a link to the source. We also publish a screenshot of that page as we read it, so you can check the claim without taking our word for it. Prices are re-verified quarterly, and the build fails if any entry passes three months without a re-check, so a stale number cannot sit here quietly.

When a vendor does not publish pricing, we say demo required rather than leaving a blank. A blank reads as free, and that is not what it means.

Why there are no star ratings

A single score implies an authority we cannot claim while selling into the category. Instead, every tool page carries a matched pair: who should buy it, and who should skip it. The second half is not optional, and where a competitor fits better than anything we could offer, the page says so.

The comparison pages mark which tool is stronger on a given row. Those marks are never added together, and no page here orders the tools from best to worst.

Corrections

If a price here is wrong or out of date, it is a defect. Tell us and it gets fixed with the verification date updated.
